On December 20, Zhang Enhui, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, met with Takashi Hamada and his delegation in Changchun.

 

Zhang Enhui stated that Changchun is earnestly implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important directive on advancing high-level opening-up by continuously strengthening the construction of relevant platforms and channels. The city is promoting high-quality development with high-level opening-up. He hoped that the Consulate-General of Japan in Shenyang would further utilize its strength in resources and channels to actively promote Changchun's positive city image and its first-class investment environment. He also called for deepening mutually beneficial cooperation at all levels in areas such as economy and trade, culture, education, and tourism to achieve win-win development.

 

Takashi Hamada pledged to actively contribute to deeper friendly exchanges between various sectors in Japan and Changchun and build more platforms for practical cooperation in various fields.
