On August 16, Zhang Enhui, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, and Wang Zilian, Mayor of Changchun City, met with an entrepreneur delegation represented by Chen Dongsheng, Chairman of Chushang Federation of Hubei Province and Board Chairman of Taikang Insurance Group, and Zhang Wenzhong, Chairman of Tianjin General Chamber of Commerce and founder of Wumart Group.

Zhang Enhui and Wang Zilian warmly welcomed the delegation. Zhang Enhui said that Changchun is fully implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instructions during his inspection of Jilin Province. The city is actively carrying out the high-quality development strategy of "One Main Focus and Six Pairs of Coordinated Tasks" outlined by the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee. In accordance with the decisions of the 3rd Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and the 5th Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, Changchun is accelerating its transformation, fostering new driving forces and leading high-quality development through innovation-driven approaches. We are willing to share the revitalization opportunities with entrepreneurs and concentrate on areas such as new energy and intelligent connected vehicles, high-end equipment manufacturing, biomedical and life & health, green energy, and new materials. We aim to enhance connections and collaboration with entrepreneurs in these areas and seek new cooperation spaces. It is hoped that the Chushang Federation of Hubei Province and Tianjin General Chamber of Commerce will actively play their roles, act as bridges, and bring more enterprises, projects, funds, and technologies to Changchun, for mutual benefits.

Chen Dongsheng, Zhang Wenzhong, and other representatives of entrepreneurs expressed unanimous optimism about the investment prospects of Changchun, with the promise that they will accelerate connections with relevant regions and departments in our city, and strengthen cooperation in areas such as automobile, high-end equipment manufacturing, optoelectronic information, and medicine and health, to contribute to the comprehensive revitalization of Changchun.
