A few days ago, the signing for science and technology innovation exchange and cooperation between Changchun and Jilin & the promotion meeting of industrial technology innovation alliance was held to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the two places faster and better.

At the meeting, Changchun Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Jilin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau signed the "Framework Agreement on Strategic Cooperation of Changchun-Jilin Integrated Science and Technology between Changchun Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Jilin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau" from 5 aspects namely: Promoting the "O2O" cooperation mode, promoting industry linkage development, national demonstration zone construction, talent cooperation and exchange, and scientific and technological discussion between the two cities. Changchun Science and Technology Market and Jilin Science and Technology Innovation Center signed the "Framework Cooperation Agreement between Changchun Science and Technology Market and Jilin Science and Technology Innovation Center" to strengthen cooperation from 4 aspects: Building a cooperation platform, promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, strengthening incubation and cultivation services, and carrying out talent exchange.

After the signing activity, Changchun and Jilin will speed up the establishment of various scientific and technological R&D centers and R&D networks radiating the two cities, carry out technological innovation focusing on the fields of automobiles, chemicals, new materials and biomedicine, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the two places.
