On October 27, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of winners of the third-round cluster final. Changchun automobile cluster got shortlisted and became one of the national advanced manufacturing clusters.

In this final, 20 advanced manufacturing clusters were selected by the experts and these clusters mainly included new-generation information technology, high-end equipment, new materials, biological medicines and other key fields.
