According to the public notification of Changchun Film Carnival Project released by the Economic Development Bureau of Changchun Jingyue High-tech Industrial Development Zone, the project covers an area of about 15,000 square meters, and an immersive cultural, tourism and night economic commercial street and related supporting facilities will be constructed. The total tour route is 540 meters long, and there are 15 theme stages, 25 main art displays and 75 kiosks in three major themes (China-Chic, retro and science fiction).

With an investment of RMB 150 million, the project is planned to start construction in July 2022 and complete in August 2022.
