The “Trip for Famous Chinese Culture and Tourism Enterprises to Jilin Province” and Investment and Financing Conference for Culture and Tourism, sponsored by China Tourism Association and Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, was opened in Changchun City Tuesday morning on July 27, 2021. The signing ceremony for strategic cooperation in culture and tourism projects was held to further promote the investment in and development of culture and tourism in Jilin Province. 

Focusing on the theme “culture and tourism enterprises in Jilin”, the activity highlighted the brand of “refreshment in Jilin · 22 ℃ Summer” as an effort to continuously improve the efficacy of financial policies, accelerate the agglomeration of financial elements to culture and tourism, and thus comprehensively improve the business environment of culture and tourism in Jilin Province. 

At the opening ceremony, the officials of Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism and leaders of 12 banks signed the Agreement on Culture and Tourism Financial Cooperation, launched Several Policies and Measures of Financial Support for the Development Culture and Tourism of Jilin Province, and held the launch ceremony of “Jilin Enterprises Yintong” Culture and Tourism and the signing ceremony of culture and tourism projects. 

Four domestic experts and scholars delivered speeches at the investment and financing conference for culture and tourism. The section of exhibition and business talks attracted many participants. 

In addition, five major strategic cooperation agreements including the Zhongdong Jingyue White Birch Forest Town, “Expressions of Northeast China” Beautiful Village and Forests-based Health Preservation, Changchun International Film Town, and Beidahu Lake Ski Resort Expansion were signed on site. 

The official of culture and tourism said that the successful signing of such agreements is a specific measure to promote the agglomeration of financial elements to the culture and tourism in Jilin Province, marking a solid step has been taken in adding new investment and financing vitality to the development of culture and tourism in Jilin Province.
