The National Medical Products Administration issued an announcement on approving Changchun Airport Port as an import port for medical products on June 15, 2021. According to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Drugs, and approved by the State Council, Changchun Airport Port was approved as an import port of medical products. 

Related Matters 

1. From the date on which the announcement was issued, except for the drugs specified in Article 10 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Administration of Drugs (hereinafter referred to as the Law), others (including narcotic and psychotropic drugs) can be imported through Changchun Airport Port. 

2. Jilin Provincial Administration on Medical Products has been approved as a supervision and management department to undertake such specific work as putting on record medical products imported through Changchun Airport Port. 

3. Jilin Provincial Drug Inspection and Research Institute has been approved to undertake inspection on medical products imported through Changchun Airport Port.
