To strengthen cooperation and exchanges with the enterprises from Germany and other European countries, promote the opening up of Changchun City at deeper level, and facilitate the construction of Changchun’s international information interconnectivity platform, the Division of German Affairs of Changchun Foreign Affairs Office (CCFAO) and Innoloft (Changchun) International Technology Incubation Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on June 1, 2021. Xue Chunzhi, Director General of CCFAO, and Ou Shuo, Deputy Director General of CCFAO, attended the signing ceremony. 

Innoloft B2B is one of the largest innovation networks in Europe and has established cooperative relations with more than 40 government departments, industrial associations, private clusters and other organizations in Europe and such countries as Canada, Israel and China to build a cross-region and industry digital innovation bridge. 

“With the development of economy, the demand of local enterprises for international cooperation is increasing. Such demand is growing not only in traditional heavy industry but also in education, medical treatment, agriculture and other fields. It is hoped that the forthcoming platform will provide more opportunities for the enterprises in the city and thus help them reach out more smoothly to international market in the post pandemic era,” said Xue Chunzhi at the ceremony. Ou Shuo expressed his hope that with the help of such platform the competitiveness of the enterprises especially small and medium-sized enterprises in the city could be reinforced, mature technologies and equipment be ushered in and meanwhile local products be better sold in international market. 

The signing of the agreement marks the two sides have moved upward to a new stage of cooperation and exchanges based on which all-round cooperation and exchanges in such aspects as sci-tech innovation, technical consultation and demand matching between the enterprises in the city and their counterparts from Germany and other European countries will be promoted so as to provide a bigger and better service platform for the development and growth of the enterprises in the city.
