The year of 2020 witnessed the successful end of the “13th Five-Year Plan” in Jilin Province, with 22 major issues and policies deliberated at the CPC Central Committee level and approved by the State Council, 35 major projects supported by national ministries and commissions, 32 rural e-commerce demonstration counties, 6 new national ports, 3 cross-border e-commerce pilot zones, 8 foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases, 6 border cooperation zones at provincial or national level, and 2 domestic trade and foreign freight air routes.
