Jing Junhai stresses building complete industrial ecosystem and speeding up world-class auto city construction during inspection in Changchun
After the provincial business environment construction conference held on the morning of February 18, Jing Junhai, Party chief of Jilin province, went to Changchun to learn about the city's development of automobile industry, construction of major projects and improvement of business environment and to visit the cadres and workers, as well as the enterprise staff who were working on the front line during the Spring Festival. He stressed efforts to ensure the targets and tasks for the high-quality development of automobile industry, complement the industry chain, improve the supply chain, optimize the innovation chain, expand the service chain, further improve the business environment, build a complete industrial ecosystem and speed up the construction of a world-class automobile city.
At a construction site with more than 700 construction machines of various types, Jing Junhai praised the project when he learnt that there was no break during the Spring Festival and all the work was in full swing. At the construction site of Linglong Tire project, Jing noted that it is necessary to make full preparations for the early stage of construction, so as to provide all-round guarantee for the resumption of the project. At the battery charging and swapping station (Weishan Road Station) of FAW State Grid Aulton New Energy, Jing observed the process of vehicle battery swapping on the spot and emphasized the need of upgrade while operating, the full coverage of the whole province as soon as possible, the exploration and creation of a mature operation mode and the improvement of supporting services for new energy vehicles.During the inspection, Jing Junhai presided over a symposium to listen to the work report of Changchun Automobile Economic and Technological Development Zone and the speeches made by heads of China FAW Group, State Grid Jilin Electric Power, Shenshang Holdings Group, Linglong Tire, Changchun Fawsn Group, Changchun Faway Automobile Components and Fawer Automotive Parts. After affirming the work of relevant parties, Jing stressed that supporting FAW Group to build itself into a world-class enterprise and to create a world-class international automobile city is a practical action to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and instruction during his inspection tour in Jilin. He said that we should deploy the innovation chain around the industrial chain, lay out the industrial chain around the innovation chain, persevere in combining independent innovation with cooperative introduction and focus on fostering new growth areas in the whole province. He emphasized that it is necessary to develop, reserve and introduce a number of major investment projects in a targeted way, strengthen the guarantee of factor services and ensure the start of construction at an early date and the acceleration of production to achieve benefits. He urged efforts to further develop the industrial spatial layout of "one pillar, six doubles", speed up the construction of Changchun-Siping-Liaoyuan-Jilin-Songyuan industrial corridor and fully implement the cooperation agreement between Changchun and other cities (prefectures) in the province to improve the overall development level of Jilin province.
