Comrade Jing Junhai was appointed Secretary of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee, and Comrade Bayanqolu would no longer served the posts of Secretary of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Member of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee.
