The China-Northeast Asia Expo was certified by UFI (Union of International Fairs), which filled the gap of certification by UFI in Jilin Province. 

Founded in 1925, UFI (Union of International Fairs), the only international non-governmental organization for the exposition (exhibition) industry around the world, has played an important role in promoting the development and prosperity of global expositions and exhibitions. A certified member of UFI can not only provide professional platforms for exhibition institutions and individuals but also improve to a great extent its influence on an international scale, thereby accelerating self innovation and sustainable development. 

To parallel international counterparts, further improve the international and professional level of China-Northeast Asia Expo and thus popularize its influence around the world, Jilin Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade started the membership application for China-Northeast Asia Expo in UFI in 2017. After nearly two years of active preparation and unremitting efforts, Jilin Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade successfully completed the audits of the 11th and 12th editions of Northeast Asia Expo, and finally passed the certification by the headquarters of UFI in France in early 2020.
