为共同抗击疫情，加强疫情防控工作，按照国家移民管理局和吉林省政府相关要求，从2月10日起，全省公安出入境管理部门开始受理、审批外国人签证、停居留证件。疫情防控期间，对有紧急出境需求，需要办理出入境证件的外国人，可拨打本地公安出入境管理部门紧急联系电话办理。对因疫情防控原因无法及时办理签证、居留许可导致证件过期的，全省公安出入境管理部门不予处罚，但应在疫情缓解后立即到公安机关办理延期申请。因疫情防控工作邀请来吉的外国专家或因紧急事由来吉开展人道主义援助的外国人，可向吉林省长春、延吉、珲春口岸签证机关申请口岸签证。吉林省公安出入境管理部门竭诚为国际友人提供便捷、优质服务！
