Longjia Airport Wins Five International Awards

At the Global Summit of ACI for Client Experience, Changchun Longjia International Airport was rewarded the “Best Airport in Asia-Pacific Region" Award at the level of serving 5 to 15 million of passengers, the “Best Environment and Atmosphere” Award, the “Best Passenger Service” Award, the “Best Infrastructure and Convenience” Award and the “Director-General’s Airport” Award. These are the first awards Changchun Longjia International Airport has won since its T2 was put into use, marking another breakthrough after winning the award of “Global Airport Service Quality Award” in 2016. 

 

In 2018, Jilin Airport Group served more than 10 million passengers, which was highlighted by the opening of the new, magnificent T2 to all passengers. Jilin Airport Group has been striving to create the best experience for passengers, with pragmatic actions taken in recent years to improve the service quality and efficiency. The level of intelligence has been improved with the utilization of Wi-Fi, automatic baggage sorting system, AI robot, and “Itinerary APP”. In addition, other self-servicers have also improved the layout of equipment. And the service quality has been optimized by means of meeting the actual needs of passengers, finding out solutions to service weakness and inspection problems, recruiting “quality control” passengers from the society, realizing “intelligent parking”, promoting paperless service process, and facilitating rapid check-in experience for passengers.
