Jilin Province Welcomes a New Free Exhibition

"The Story of Ships A Maritime Culture Exhibition" has opened at the former I-shaped Barracks of the Manchukuo Imperial Guard of the Palace Museum of the Manchurian Regime in Changchun. As Jilin Province's first-ever maritime culture exhibition, it is built around a collection of rare maritime artifacts donated and sold by Mr. Chen Shouren, a Chinese-American community leader and overseas Chinese figure. The exhibition is free to the public, offering inland Jilin a unique window onto the sea and the history of seafaring.
