On the morning of September 20, the 2025 China (Changchun) Korea Week officially commenced at the China-Korea Urban Pavilion in the China-Korea (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone. Centered on deepening cultural and people-to-people exchanges alongside economic and trade cooperation between China and Korea, the event offered a splendid Korean cultural feast to the citizens of Changchun through a series of immersive cultural experiences and diverse interactions.

Compared to last year, this year's Korea Week has seen a complete enhancement in scale, content design, and interactive experiences. Art groups from Changchun's sister city, Ulsan, presented grand performances that seamlessly blended traditional and modern elements. Professional modeling teams showcased elegant Hanbok fashion shows, drawing numerous spectators to pause, admire, and take photos to capture the moments.

The event also featured an interactive China-Korea cultural experience zone, where activities such as Hanbok try-on, coffee brewing, and traditional games attracted a large number of citizens, especially young people, to engage actively. Moreover, a China-Korea commodity bazaar was set up, bringing together Korean-invested enterprises in Changchun as well as authentic Korean goods and cuisine. Citizens could savor genuine Korean flavors and shop for distinctive products all in one place, creating a vibrant and bustling atmosphere.

Leaders from the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Shenyang, the Changchun Municipal People's Government, relevant provincial and municipal departments, and the China-Korea Demonstration Zone attended the event. A total of over 600 participants, including enterprises from both China and Korea, business associations, and international students in China, took part in the activities.
