CATL's First "Auto City" in Northeast China Opens in Changchun

Spanning a total construction area of 41,000 square meters, Changchun CATL Auto City focuses on three core dimensions: "zero carbon, full-scenario coverage, and full value-chain integration." Over 30 mainstream NEV brands have made their debut here, breaking away from the traditional model of scattered brand locations. This enables consumers to compare and select various models in one place without the need to travel across different regions, offering a seamless "see-learn-choose-use" closed-loop platform.
On the opening day, CATL's aftermarket service brand, "Ning Service," was also introduced at the venue. Leveraging a global network of over 800 service outlets and more than 60 spare parts warehouses, Ning Service provides comprehensive full lifecycle services for car owners, including battery diagnostics, maintenance, extended warranties, used car transactions, and recycling. To ensure the safety of NEV owners during vehicle use, Ning Service has established a robust personnel training system aimed at cultivating professionals in Northeast China with a zero-carbon service mindset. In the future, it will offer premium services such as basic battery maintenance, health checks, and mobile rescue.
Going forward, Jingyue High-tech Zone will provide full support for the development of the CATL Auto City project, creating a favorable environment conducive to NEV consumption and industrial growth. The zone will actively foster a virtuous cycle of "NEV display — consumer experience — industrial clustering," driving upgrades in regional auto consumption and promoting high-quality industrial development, thereby contributing Jingyue's strength to the revitalization and development of Changchun.
