According to the deployment of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee to construct the "464" new pattern, Changchun is vigorously building a world-class advanced automobile manufacturing industrial cluster by promoting industrial innovation through technological innovation. With a complete automobile industrial chain and supply chain, Chengli Automobile has market advantages in the field of special vehicles. Zhang Enhui encouraged both sides to join hands to promote the early completion and production of the Xuyang-Chengli Special Vehicle Project for mutually beneficial results.

Cheng Aluo expressed confidence in investing in Changchun due to its favorable business environment, solid industrial foundation, and great market potential. He pledged to strengthen coordination and push the project into production as soon as possible to contribute to the development of Changchun.

According to the cooperation agreement, the total investment in the Xuyang-Chengli Special Vehicle Project is about RMB 2 billion, and it is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of the year.
