On July 24, the 2023 China (Changchun) Frontier Roundtable Conference on Non-Public Economy, jointly hosted by the Social Service Department of the Central Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association (CNDCA), the United Front Work Department of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee, the Jilin Provincial Committee of CNDCA, and the Changchun Municipal People's Government, was held in Changchun. Li Shijie, member of the Standing Committee of CPPCC and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of CNDCA, Wu Haiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Director General of the United Front Work Department, Jia Xiaodong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Jilin Provincial People's Congress and Chairman of the Jilin Provincial Committee of the CNDCA, and Wang Zilian, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and Mayor of Changchun City, attended the conference and delivered speeches.

In his speech, Li Shijie emphasized that the CNDCA organizations at all levels should take this conference as an opportunity to deepen their understanding of Changchun's profound cultural heritage, abundant resources, pragmatic development goals, and excellent business environment. They should also accurately grasp the opportunities brought by the comprehensive revitalization strategy of Northeast China, align with the needs of Changchun and the capabilities of enterprises, seize opportunities for mutual benefits, and fully foster Changchun's comprehensive breakthroughs in revitalization and high-quality development. By doing so, they can make greater contributions to the new journey of building a modern socialist country.

Wu Haiying said that the comprehensive revitalization of Jilin relies on support from all sectors and the collective effort of various forces. She hoped that greater support and new impetus for the high-quality development of Jilin's private economy could be provided through strengthened exchanges and cooperation between the Central Committee of CNDCA and local organizations of CNDCA in other provinces and Jilin. She also sincerely invited entrepreneurs of private enterprises to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship in Jilin, take their roots in Jilin, and contribute to the construction of a province strong in innovation, so as to share the achievements of development and create a better future.

Jia Xiaodong said that the Jilin Provincial Committee of CNDCA would leverage its advantages to continuously focus on and actively serve "specialized, refined, distinctive, and novel" enterprises and the high-quality development of the private economy. Efforts will be made to build consensus and give constructive suggestions on government affairs, aiming to make new contributions to new breakthroughs in Jilin's comprehensive revitalization.

Wang Zilian expressed the hope that CNDCA organizations at all levels and its member entrepreneurs would immerse themselves in Changchun, promote and advocate for Changchun, provide suggestions for the city's development, and assist in investment attraction and talent recruitment. CNDCA member entrepreneurs are welcome to invest and start businesses in Changchun. Changchun will spare no effort in creating an industrial environment with cluster agglomeration, an innovation environment with vibrant energy, a precise and high-quality financial environment, a talent environment that attracts local and non-local talents, and a convenient and efficient business environment, to support and guarantee the healthy development of the private economy.

During the conference, a Changchun promotional video was shown before keynote speeches by three experts and scholars and enterprise leaders. At the cooperation project signing ceremony, 11 projects covering areas such as automobile manufacturing, information technology, biomedicine, and agricultural product processing settled in Changchun, which was expected to provide strong support for the high-quality development of Changchun's private economy. The donation agreement signing ceremony for the "Siyuan ? Cloud Library" was also held.
