On May 11, Zhang Enhui, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, and the Mayor Wang Zilian met with Liu Mingsheng, General Manager of China Datang Corporation and his delegation.

Zhang Enhui said that Changchun can achieve new breakthroughs in revitalization and development only by relying on the support and participation of the majority of central state-owned enterprises.
