International Collaborative Innovation Summit Held in Changchun

To optimize the business environment, better stimulate the potential of social innovation and entrepreneurship and promote the international cooperation and development of Changchun City, the Changchun International Collaborative Innovation Summit, co-sponsored by China-Belarus Sci-Tech Park, China-Israel Sci-Tech Incubation Park and Innoloft International Innovation Center and supported by Changchun Foreign Affairs Office (CCFAO), was grandly opened in Changchun City on September 3, 2021. 

Xu Yunhui, Director of International Cooperation of Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Wang Yimin, Expert and Director of Postdoc Work of Jilin Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and Yu Jing, Deputy Director of the German Affairs of CCFAO, delivered speeches and congratulated on the opening of the summit. During the summit, Li Yongping, General Manager of China-Belarus Sci-Tech Park, Lin Shuai, General Manager of China-Israel Sci-Tech Park, and Hu Haiyang, General Manager of Innoloft International Innovation Center, signed the agreements on strategic coordination. 

To overcome the impact of the pandemic, the summit was held both online and offline to which experts from Germany and Russia were invited to share with the participants the experience in ushering in enterprises to and going out of Jilin Province. 

The achievements and experience in innovation and entrepreneurship were summarized at the summit based on which the promotion for domestic and international cooperation and development was taken as a chance to integrate resources, promote technological transfer, and add new vitality into “Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation”. The lectures given by the experts and scholars invited to the summit brought about the latest academic information which in turn would generate new ideas and inspirations for the transformation of sci-tech achievements in the future.
