To further advance the project, Wang Junyan, Deputy Director of the Investment Promotion Bureau of Changchun New Area, recently held another closed-door consultation with Bilan New Energy to finalize key details for the project's implementation.

Jilin Bilan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Bilan New Energy) is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the research, development, and manufacturing of intelligent geothermal energy systems. In 2025, Bilan New Energy achieved an output value of RMB 260 million, demonstrating strong growth momentum, and it is planning to go public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October 2026. Its new project, with a total investment of RMB 100 million, is located in the High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Changchun New Area. The project will focus on building an integrated base for intelligent geothermal energy systems as well as R&D and manufacturing of high-end equipment.

He noted that the rapid progress of the Bilan New Energy project attests to the efficient and pragmatic approach of Changchun New Area's investment attraction efforts. Through targeted matchmaking, optimized services, and strengthened factor support, the area continues to polish its "golden calling card" of business-friendly environment, turning meticulous services into accelerated development and enabling more high-quality projects to take root and flourish.

According to reports, in the first quarter, Changchun New Area identified 131 key investment attraction projects, each valued at over RMB 50 million, including 112 projects under negotiation and 19 already signed and implemented, securing a strong start to the year.
