IV. Project Profile and Construction Content

The project is located inside the Beihu Sci-Tech Industry Development Zone, Changchun New Area, with a planned land area of 3 square kilometers, a building area of 2.1 million square meters and a comprehensive plot ratio of 0.7. There has been a mature aerospace chain system in the zone in which the project is meant to create a base integrating remote sensing satellite, general aircraft, aerospace composite materials, interior design for aircrafts, research, development, production and operation.

V. Analysis of Market Prospect

It’s been made clear in the Development Planning on Satellite and Aerospace Information Industry Development Plan (2015-2025) of Jilin Province that three technological innovation platforms, namely, innovation in satellite engineering, remote sensing satellite application and aerospace information integration and application, will be established to form a sustainable innovation capability based on the integration of satellites and new generation information technologies. It’s been set in the planning that the comprehensive competitiveness and innovation of satellite and aerospace information industries will be enhanced for nine application projects including accurate agriculture, intelligent forestry and smart city.

VI. Investment Scale: RMB5 billion to be invested in total.

VII. Cooperation Mode: Cooperative partners are in need to jointly invest and cooperate in the construction of infrastructure and development of open space inside the park.
