The project is planned to get settled inside the Changde Economic Development Zone, Changchun New Area. The construction mainly includes water golf park, water outward bound park, waterfront bar street, beach surfing hall, fisherman’s wharf, health preservation hotel, water music hall, wedding square, children’s entrepreneurship experience center, chocolate wonderland, water curtain film, ecological sanatorium, fog sea therapy bay, Chunming square, etc.

V. Analysis of Market Prospect

Chunming Lake, formerly known as “Qiyi Reservoir”, mainly functions to control downstream flooding and waterlogging while serving farmland irrigation and breeding. It covers an area of 180 hectares, with a total storage capacity of 3.7237 million cubic meters, an adjustable storage capacity of 2.8645 million cubic meters, and a normal water storage surface of 1.5 million square meters. The reservoir covers about 500,000 square meters of natural wetland where cattail, reed and other natural aquatic plants, dozens of water birds including heron and egret and a variety of wild geese and ducks under national second-class and third-class protection. Such natural wetland of Chunming Lake is of great value for ecological protection. The application for Chunming Lake National Wetland Park has been submitted. The reconstruction of Fog Sea Ecological Valley and Chunming Lake Water System was started in late 2015. The construction of Hubin Road on the east side of the lake has been completed. The project mainly covers the construction of a water leisure park around Chunming Lake, that is, a noble water leisure destination featuring a combination of hydrophilic leisure business formats.
