Project early stage progress

    Changchun New Area issued minutes of meeting for approval of the project on March 8, industrial and commercial registration of the enterprise was completed on April 6, and Beihu Science & Technology Development Zone has made preparations for land listing. Investors are carrying out preliminary work including planning and design, project approval and environmental assessment. It is anticipated to begin construction in May.
