1. Basic Information

The group's headquarters is located on the 20th floor of Building A, Zhongyi Tower, Erdao District, Changchun City, Jilin Province. Together with its more than 20 subsidiaries, the group is dedicated to developing "high-quality, green, technology-empowered, and branded ginseng." They have jointly established a modern industrial framework integrating "Internet + New Retail + Chain Operations + Deep Integration of Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Industries + Cross-sector Cultural and Tourism Convergence." This has formed a self-sufficient industrial cluster, where new-quality productive forces have shaped robust systems for supply chain management, new product R&D, production and processing, quality control, marketing and sales, and after-sales service.

The group has established over 1,000 hectares of cultivation and farming bases within geographical indication protected areas for  "Changbai Mountain Ginseng," including locations in Yongji, Tonghua, Liuhe, Hunchun, Baishan, and Jingyu. This provides a stable and sufficient supply of pure and high-quality ginseng and other specialty raw materials for production and sales.

The group has established the  "Changbai Mountain Ginseng · Cloud Factory" in the Smart Technology Industrial Park of Erdao District, Changchun City, and the  "Changbai Mountain Ginseng Production and R&D Base" in Yongji County, Jilin Province. Collectively, they cover a total land area of nearly 1 million square meters with a total building area of nearly 30,000 square meters. Equipped with over 100 sets of modern production and processing equipment, the facilities house 15 ginseng product lines capable of producing 365 different products, with an annual designed processing capacity of 1,000 tons of fresh ginseng.

The group has launched stores on more than 50 e-commerce platforms, achieving "full-network operation." It has consecutively topped the ginseng tonic category rankings during Tmall's 2024 and 2025 Chinese New Year shopping festivals. Offline, its products are available in nearly 700 high-end retail stores and counters, covering all first-tier cities and most second-tier cities across China. In the new retail sector, the Group concurrently engages in live-stream commerce, community marketing, private domain operations, and cross-border e-commerce. Products under the "Changbai Mountain Ginseng" brand have expanded from within the province to nationwide markets and are progressively advancing toward the goal of "going global."

2. Intellectual Property Situation

2.1 Established a Proprietary Brand Portfolio

The group has registered over 50 trademarks domestically, including "Changbai Mountain," "Biosphere," "Yunding Tiangong," "Senlaoji," "Jiwa," "Qianxi Ginseng," and "Senxian Valley." In the United States, it has registered the NATUREMPIRE trademark specifically for cross-border e-commerce. Among these, high-value trademarks such as "Yunding Tiangong" and "Senlaoji" are expected to achieve single-brand sales of over one billion RMB through brand collaborations and IP co-branding.

2.2 Established a Patent Protection System

Relying on research institutes, the group has obtained nearly 10 invention patent authorizations, including "A Method for Processing Black Ginseng" and "Ginseng and Snow Frog Oral Liquid," as well as numerous utility model and design patents. As an executive director unit of the National Technology Standard Innovation Base (Ginseng Industry), it has participated in drafting national standards such as GB/T22535 and has formulated nearly 40 enterprise standards.
