APEC Business Travel Cardholders of Changchun City
Who is eligible to apply for APEC Business Travel Card?
The people who are:
(I) Employees of local state-owned enterprises, employees of foreign-oriented private enterprises which are highly recognized, making good profits, running on a certain scale, and have registered at the Industry and Commerce Bureau of Changchun City or at the bureaus of counties (cities) and districts under the jurisdiction of Changchun City, and Chinese employees working in foreign-funded companies, including the ones working in Sino-foreign joint ventures and companies solely funded by foreign investors and the ones working in the companies invested by investors from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, who travel regularly for business purposes to participating APEC economies.
(II) People’s Republic of China passport holders without criminal records or being denied visas by foreign countries especially by the participating APEC countries.
