Recently, the main leaders of the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone Administrative Committee led a delegation on a five-day working visit to South Korea, yielding significant results.

During the visit, the delegation focused on the "3+1" leading industries and visited nine institutions and enterprises. At the Gyeongbuk Economic Promotion Agency, both sides held discussions on establishing mutual offices and enterprise service platforms, reaching a consensus on the broad prospects for cooperation. In exchanges with Gumi City, the delegation invited Korean optoelectronic enterprises to participate in the Changchun International Optoelectronic Expo and university football teams to join the China-ROK Sister City Football Competition, and received positive responses. Jilin Changjin Food Co., Ltd. reached an intent agreement with Da Ao Er Co., Ltd. for kimchi processing. Progress was also made in cooperative education between a Korean medical university and Changchun Medical College, as well as in the pet supplies procurement project between Zhichong Shidai and Aier Co., Ltd. Additionally, the delegation visited Zhuguang Precision Co., Ltd., the Seoul G-Space Optics Valley Coffee Project, and Fengmi Site Co., Ltd., further advancing relevant collaborations.

On March 27, the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone Promotion Meeting was held in Gumi, with participation from multiple Chinese and Korean institutions and enterprises. At the meeting, the Demonstration Zone presented a letter of appointment as an investment promotion ambassador to the relevant representative of the Gyeongbuk Global Distribution and Logistics Federation and signed 

The visit yielded fruitful results. The Demonstration Zone will continue to follow up on cooperation project implementation, ensure effective reception and preparatory work, and promote deeper cooperation between China and South Korea in economic, cultural, and other fields.
