From April 8 to April 9, Li Rui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone, led a delegation to Wuhan to participate in the 2024 World Health Expo. During the event, they attended the Jilin Medical and Health Industry Promotion Conference, visited the Hubei Laser Industry Association, and inspected the exhibitors and association organizations at the World Health Expo, which further strengthened government-enterprise exchanges and cooperation and promoted the steady development of the Demonstration Zone's health industry as well as quality and efficient investment attraction.

During the visit to the Hubei Laser Industry Association, Secretary General Huang Hui introduced the association's overall situation. Li Rui stated that in terms of the optoelectronic information industry, the Demonstration Zone would accelerate the development of critical areas, including optoelectronic information, semiconductor components, software and information technology, and big data, to create a pacesetter for international cooperation in the industry. Additionally, she expressed the hope to establish friendly cooperative relations with the Hubei Laser Industry Association and seek joint development, and she invited them to visit the Demonstration Zone.

At the World Health Expo, Li Rui's delegation visited the exhibition areas of Jilin Fulanns Medical Technology Co., Ltd. and Changchun Haobang Health Technology Co., Ltd., communicated with relevant company leaders on business promotion and market expansion for prompt grasp of their development needs, and actively coordinated and assisted them in exploring foreign markets. The delegation also visited the Health Industry Park Community and other exhibitors, actively establishing connections and seeking project cooperation.

During the series of activities at the Expo, the Demonstration Zone took the initiative to promote itself to organizers, exhibitors, and association organizations, showcasing its charm and potential. In the next step, efforts will be made to advance investment attraction with innovative thinking and pragmatic measures, ensuring the early implementation of results from the activities and injecting momentum into the high-quality development of the Demonstration Zone's health industry.
