On August 28, Zhang Enhui, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jilin Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, along with Wang Zilian, Mayor of Changchun City, met with Hu Jinjun, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the China Media Group, Mao Yu, Executive Deputy Director of China Film Administration, Lu Liang, Deputy Director of China Film Administration, Zhang Hong, member of the Party Leadership Group and Secretary of the Secretariat of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Secretary of the Branch Party Leadership Group of China Film Association, and other important guests attending the 18th Changchun Film Festival.

Zhang Enhui said that Changchun is the cradle of China's film industry and the film festival serves as a cultural business card of Changchun.
