Since the release of the domestic AI large language model DeepSeek, it has provided low-cost, highly controllable, and multimodal AI solutions to various industries with its unique technical routes. Recently, the Changchun Administration of Government Services and Digital Construction has completed the local deployment of DeepSeek based on the government cloud platform, marking the city's entry into a new phase of AI-driven e-government.

 

In this deployment, built on the DeepSeek-R1 LLM, Changchun integrated AI tools such as iFlytek Spark and Volcano Doubao, initially establishing an LLM supporting service system for government affairs, with a focus on expanding applications across various areas, including collaborative office, intelligent customer service, "immediate complaint handling", direct access to policies, urban governance, and public resource transactions. The goal is to accelerate the city's digital government development and drive the iterative upgrading and efficiency leap of citywide government services by advancing the transformation of government services towards higher efficiency, precision, and intelligence.

 

In the future, the LLM supporting service system for government affairs will be open to the entire city, thereby facilitating technological innovation and efficiency improvement across all fields, industries, and levels. This will further accelerate the development of digital government, digital society, and digital economy, drive comprehensive digital transformation throughout the city, and support the construction of a new modern socialist Changchun.
