According to the information released at the 2nd Working Conference of the 4th Sci-Tech Congress of FAW Group, FAW, in line with the concept that science and technology lead progress and innovation makes the future, will implement all tasks for innovation as substantially, specifically and effectively as expected to achieve the goal set for the year of 2022. 

Sci-tech innovation is at the core of FAW’s work, sci-tech innovation achievements have become the motor to drive its development, and sci-tech innovation talents have become the main force leading the development of the enterprise. In 2021, focusing on the innovation in “concept, technology, product, management, process and collaboration”, FAW accelerated the improvement of its innovation system, and made comprehensive breakthroughs and remarkable achievements. 

On October 28, the projects, teams and individuals that had made outstanding contributions to the innovation and development of FAW were commended, and the unveiling ceremony of five collaborative innovation laboratories established by FAW with Tsinghua University (Shenzhen) Research Institute, Leaguer, National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Center, Jilin University, Beijing Institute of Technology, China Automotive Technology and Research Center Co., Ltd. and Linglong Tire was held. 

In the new round of future competition in automobile industry, FAW will make use of its proprietary sci-tech strength to create a green, low-carbon, intelligent and sustainable ecosystem with Chinese characteristics so as to create intelligent automotive space featuring safety, health, fun, enjoyment and top-notch experience for its customers.
