Xiangbei Bookstore, located in the well-preserved historical Building B3 within the Beijing Street West Historical and Cultural Block, skillfully blends traditional architectural preservation with modern functionality. Its name and spiritual essence are inspired by the monumental work in Jilin's cultural history—The Spirit of the Chinese Scholars. Breaking the boundaries of traditional bookstores, Xiangbei Bookstore has carefully designed functional zones to create multidimensional cultural experience spaces and breathe new life into the old building. The first floor serves as a space for reading enlightenment, featuring selected literature, history, and art books, along with a dedicated children's reading area. It creates an immersive reading atmosphere for parent-child families and nurtures a future-oriented new generation with cultural literacy. The second floor is a space where thought meets art, and books are interwoven with exhibition areas.
