On December 17, the launch ceremony for the "Carefree Travel to Changchun" platform was held at the Changchun Metropolitan Area Tourism Service Center within Changchun Longjia International Airport, marking a new phase in the digital upgrade of services provided by the Changchun Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism.

Committed to providing "fast, warm, and carefree services", the platform has introduced four core functions. In collaboration with JD Express, it offers direct resort delivery of ski gear, including same-city express service in as fast as two hours. A winter gear rental feature provides professional cold-weather apparel for easy borrowing and returns. Additionally, an innovative upfront compensation mechanism ensures consumer complaints are handled within three minutes, with non-major issues resolved within 24 hours and a maximum single compensation of RMB 5,000.

In addition, by integrating cultural and tourism resources citywide, the platform offers services such as ice and snow travel guides, real-time snow condition updates, and exclusive privilege passes. Supported by 62 citywide "warm shelters" and priority rescue assistance, it ensures a worry-free experience for visitors throughout their entire journey.
