Yu’s Roasting, Deep-braising and Simmering Restaurant
Yu’s Roast, Deep-braising and Simmering Restaurant is located on the east side of the intersection of Qingming Street and Bei'an Road in Changchun. The restaurant owner was the head chef of the Changchun Hotel. The two most famous series of “Pan Fried” and “Crispy” of Changchun Hotel are also the representative dishes here. There is no menu in the restaurant, but only a dish display rack. Usually, people who enter the restaurant will choose materials on the rack.
