Changchun to Launch a New International Air Route Next Month
According to China Eastern Airlines, the Changchun-Fuzhou-Kuala Lumpur round-trip route will be launched on December 6.
This route will be operated by Shanghai Airlines using Boeing 737-8 aircraft, with three round-trip flights per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. After the new route opens, passengers in Changchun can enjoy services such as "one-time check-in, one ticket for the entire journey, and direct baggage transfer".
The outbound flight, FM813, departs from Changchun at 14:55, arrives in Fuzhou at 19:00, and continues on to Kuala Lumpur at 20:30, arriving at 01:35 the following day. The return flight, FM814, departs from Kuala Lumpur at 02:35, arrives in Fuzhou at 07:30, and continues on to Changchun at 09:15, arriving at 13:05 (all local times).
This route will provide a new travel option for passengers from the three cities, facilitating economic and trade exchanges, cultural tourism, and personnel interactions among these regions. Moreover, it holds great significance for enhancing the level of local opening up to the outside world.
