The Victory Park covers an area of 230,000 square meters, 13,000 of which is water area. It was built in 1915, and was re-designed by Changchun Municipal Government after 1948, with such constructions as animal section, flower section, goldfish section, children section, water amusement section and lotus pond added one after another. Interesting activities including ice lantern show and ice sculpture exhibition are held here once a year. In recent years, arch bridges and roller skating fields as well as other kid facilities have been added.
