The 15th Changchun Winter Agricultural Expo Opens
On January 16, the 15th Jilin (Changchun) Winter Agricultural Expo officially kicked off. Simultaneously, the 2025 Jilin-style Chinese New Year Dishes Selection event, hosted by the Changchun Agri-Expo Garden and co-organized by the Jilin Leading Agricultural Industrialization Enterprises Association, was held at the Changchun Agri-Expo Garden.
This year's expo covers an exhibition area of 200,000 square meters and features five exhibition areas, which are the facility agriculture exhibition area, sightseeing agriculture exhibition area, agricultural scientific and technological achievement transformation exhibition area, fine animal exhibition area, and Spring Festival goods exhibition and sales area. The Spring Festival goods exhibition and sales area showcases over 1,000 middle and high-end green agricultural products, festive items, imported goods, and other special goods, catering to the public's shopping needs for the Lunar New Year. Among them, ginseng products stand out as a key attraction, drawing large crowds of visitors. Popular items include ginseng chicken soup, ginseng cream, ginseng slices, and ginseng beverages, which become top picks for festive purchases and gift-giving.
The 2025 Jilin-style Chinese New Year Dishes Selection event, themed "Jilin Flavors for a Joyful and Auspicious New Year", brought together 44 culinary producers from across the province specializing in Jilin-style dishes with rich cultural significance. These are showcased collectively at the Winter Agricultural Expo. Furthermore, six Guangdong enterprises cooperating with Jilin were invited to exhibit their products. They offered over 300 products, including Jilin-style Chinese New Year dishes, ginseng products, beverages, and staple foods. Jilin-Guangdong cooperation products from companies like Guangdong Fanfande Food Technology Co., Ltd. and Liyangjiang (Guangdong) Chenpi Co., Ltd. were well received. At the opening ceremony, participating companies such as Lauterbach, Xinhexin, and Zhongzhijie conducted live presentations to introduce their new products.
During the exhibition, the postal company set up a public livestream studio at the site. It promoted the Jilin-style Chinese New Year dishes brands and products through live streaming on new media platforms. Meanwhile, Changchun Agri-Expo Garden organized anchors to conduct interactive live streaming to explore the event, while participating enterprises leveraged their channels to conduct simultaneous online marketing of their flagship products, enhancing brand and product influence and driving online transactions of agricultural products.
