Tower cranes roaring, and workers with safety helmets working in their positions at the construction site for the industrial production and deep processing project at the Yanhe Village, Zhuchengzi Town of Dehui City, 45% of the project is expected to be completed by the end of this year. 

By making use of Dehui’s annual production of several million tons of straw and chicken manure resources, the effort of this project is meant to drive the production of mushrooms, create a production base of grass-based fungi and extend its industrial chain. Upon going operational, the annual profit is estimated to reach RMB200 million, the tax payment to RMB45 million, 1,200 people will get employed, 100000 tons of straws and 30,000 tons of chicken manures will be utilized every year. The mode of enterprises plus cooperatives plus large planters will be adopted as an effort to increase farmers’ revenues by an amount of RMB50 million. Factory-based production will be mad possible so that mechanization and standardization can be realized for button mushroom production.
