The Golden Eagle Outlets, a top-end commercial project, was said to have been started at the Mt. Lianhua Eco-tourism Resort. 

Insiders say the first-phase construction will be invested with RMB1.8 billion, and by the end of 2025, it will go up to RMB3.2 billion to build a diversified complex totaling approximately 500,000 square meters covering both international luxury brands and Golden Eagle’s own brands for retail, leisure, entertainment, thematic block, supermarket, featured catering, children’s education, culture and art as well as office, hotel apartment, health care, residence and property management, etc.  

Upon completion, the project will become an important carrier to prosper business, improve city functions and demonstrate the image of the Mt. Lianhua Ecotourism Resort. The Party Leadership Group and the Administrative Committee of the Mt. Lianhua Ecotourism Resort will do the best to serve and ensure the construction of the project will move forward as smoothly as expected.
