The first health hi-tech incubator built by Evergreen Marine Group was said to have gone operational inside the industrial innovation center of China (Changchun)-ROK International Cooperation Demonstration Zone on April 26, 2021. 

The construction area of the incubator is 12,700 square meters, covering such diversified maker space as presentation hall, training center, e-commerce logistic center, shared office and creative tea room. The supporting service system for project application, investment and financing counterpart cooperation, entrepreneurial training, legal and financial affairs and HR recruitment is getting improved. A list of hi-tech enterprises engaged in intelligent manufacturing, health equipment and medical 3D printing have got settled and 12 are now under incubation inside the incubator. 

For the next step, in accordance with the national standard, the incubator will take big companies, universities, scientific research institutes and characteristic industrial parks as carriers, and focus on the key core industries inside the demonstration zone to promote the establishment of a mode of transformation of sci-tech findings with the participation of higher learning institutions, companies, scientific research institutes and governments, provide a one-stop incubation service featuring “industrial chain plus talent chain plus capital chain plus platform chain” and thus create a first-class health hi-tech incubator in Jilin Province and even in the whole country.
