Last year, a total of 422,000 new market entities were registered in the whole province, up 12.17 percent year on year. 102,700 new businesses were registered, up 21.09 percent year on year. The growth rate of newly registered market entities and businesses ranked first in Northeast China and ranked fourth in the country.

Last May, relying on the e-window system, the province carried out the intelligent approval of enterprise registration on a pilot basis in Changchun, reducing the original three approval links of manual guidance, acceptance and examination to one link of automatic approval, without manual intervention in the whole process.

To facilitate the business activities of enterprises, the province has comprehensively launched the e-business license and continued to promote the cross-region, cross-department and cross-level application of e-business license which has been used as a legal and valid proof of identity and electronic signature for government services, tax-related approval, credit inquiry and bank account opening.

Relying on the e-window system, the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has urgently set up a mobile approval platform, so that applicants can apply for the registration of a market entity at home and government staff can also complete the approval work remotely with special mobile devices at home. With the help of convenient online service system, foreigners can also realize remote identity authentication. The Provincial Administration for Market Regulation has actively cooperated with the National Immigration Administration to take the lead in launching online identification of foreign personnel in the country. At present, it can remotely authenticate e-passports of 34 countries (regions) including the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, etc.?
