The Auto Industry Development Zone of Changchun City and the Investment Promotion Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce signed a cooperation agreement on holding the 4th China-Germany Auto Conference, constructing China-Germany Auto Industrial Park in Changchun City, and jointly attract core auto parts enterprises from Germany to settle in the park. 

The seminar, one of the important arrangements for cadres by the CPC Changchun Municipal Department of Organization in 2019, is jointly held by the Organization Department of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and the Office of Cooperation and Exchanges of the People’s Government of Changchun City on December 5, 2019 and January 17, 2020 respectively. 

Five senior experts including Liu Desheng, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee, Wang Ji, Director of Changchun Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, Ren Honglei, Director of Office of Cooperation and Exchanges of the People’s Government of Changchun City, Li Weibin, Director of Changchun Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and Zhao Ping, First-class Inspector of Changchun Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, were invited to share their practical experience with 222 front-line staff members of investment attraction. 

The training was said to have improved the quality and efficiency of investment attraction of Changchun City. During the two seminars, the People’s Government of Changchun City and FAW Group jointly hosted the 2nd China Changchun Exhibition of New Technologies of Spare Parts to lead Changchun’s auto parts industry to a new era. Changchun New Area went to Beijing to “Attract Phoenixes” and recruited talents from Peking University and Tsinghua University. Changchun Jingyue Lake 2020 Vasaloppet International Skiing Festival “Night of Vasaloppet” & Project Signing Ceremony were held at which 23 projects with a total amount of RMB81.66 billion were signed, which in return accelerated the realization of “snow to silver and “cold resources into spotlights of economy”.
