FAW-VW Audi and VW Brands Win Golden Wrench Awards

The result of selection “Golden Wrench Awards for Automobile Service of 2019” was released lately. FAW-VW Audi and VW brands won the “Excellent Service Award” and “Customer Trust Award” respectively with their outstanding after-sales services and products. 

 

Since 2000, Audi’s dealer network has covered more than 220 cities in China, covering more than 520 stores in total. Now, Audi has realized digital services for the whole business chain, which in turn has further improved service efficiency. In the meantime time, Audi has put unremitting efforts into such explorations as digitalization, mobile travel and intelligent interconnection. With a strong dealer network system, it is now able to provide customers top-end mobile travel services.  

 

Like Audi, VW has been constantly updating its service products. On November 1 this year, VW launched the “FAW-VW” APP, which is such a branded app among mass production auto brands that features advanced concept, large flow of users, superb using experience, complete journey coverage and agile iteration. 

 

The selection “Golden Wrench Awards for Automobile Service of 2019” opens to brands of domestic and imported passenger car service providers, insurances and used cars. It is organized to inspect in line with strict criteria the service ability and satisfaction of users. Since 2006, the selection has been held for 14 consecutive times. Each and every ranking list represents the highest level and mainstream strength in the domestic automobile service field of the year. In addition to the two heavyweight awards, Audi and VW have also had 100 and 106 franchised stores awarded “Golden Wrench Service Experience Stores”.
