According to the information released by Changchun New Area, the Entrepreneurial Incubation Center for Demobilized Soldiers of Changchun City was awarded “Innovative and Entrepreneurial Demonstration Base 2019 for Small and Micro-sized Enterprises”. The event is organized once a year by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China. This year, 107 enterprises are selected 3 of which are from Jilin Province, including the aforementioned entrepreneurial incubation center, the only one of its kind for entrepreneurship and innovation in Changchun City.  

With the goal of supporting demobilized soldiers for entrepreneurship and relying on such main bodies military real estate industry, modern service industry, scientific and technological research and development, and cultural and creative industry, the Entrepreneurial Incubation Center for Demobilized Soldiers of Changchun City is committed to building a modern platform integrating entrepreneurial training, practice, incubation, financing and other functions. After two years of development, more than 100 enterprises have settled in the center, which in turn attracted 470 plus demobilized military cadres, and more than 2,000 employees from the society. In the future, the center will continue to rely on the high-quality resources of the comprehensive industrial investment service platform of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and the People’s Government of Changchun City to accelerate the improvement of the incubating system for entrepreneurship and innovation, continuously improve the degree of industrial congregation, and thus strive to become a leading role model for entrepreneurship and innovation in the region and even in the whole country.
