The mascot of the Paralympic Winter Games, “Rong Rong”, created by the design team of Jilin University of Arts, brightens the world with an image of lightening up the dream by a lantern baby, thereby becoming another “upstart” after Fu Wa with a creative idea, an ingenious design and a vivid shape.
