The Activity Series in Changchun City of the Culture Festival for Residents of Jilin Province & Symphony Concert “We Meet in Changchun City” were opened Tuesday night on July 9, 2019. 

The event is sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC Changchun Municipal Committee and Changchun Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, organized by Changchun Radio and Television Station, the Publicity Department of the CPC Lvyuan District and Changchun Park, and performed by the Symphony Orchestra of Jilin Province.  

This year marks the 70th anniversary for the founding of New China. The theme of this festival is “My Motherland and I” in line with which a series of activities including 296 parts and 789 activities in five categories will be organized to show the achievements of Changchun City in benefiting the people by means of cultural activities and thus strive to create many cultural feasts for the residents of Changchun City.
