The 4-member delegation led by Cuban Ambassador H.E. Miguel Ramirez Ramos to China visited Changchun from March 20 and 21, 2019. During their stay in the city, the delegation visited Changchun Heber Biotech Co., Ltd., Changchun New Area and Changchun Yatai International Pharmaceutical Health Industrial Park. Xu Liang, Vice Secretary of the Party Committee of Beihu Sci-Tech Development Zone, Feng Weijie, Vice President of Yatai Pharmaceutical Group, and Geng Peimin, General Manager of Yatai Pharmaceutical Industrial Park Management Company introduced their industrial parks and enterprises to the delegation.

The visit was said to have deepened the exchanges in such fields as biotech research and development and pharmaceutical science and technology and thus laid a solid foundation for further cooperation between the two sides.

Duan Huaxu, Deputy Director of Changchun Foreign Affairs Office (CCFAO), and competent officials of Division of American and Oceanian Affairs of CCFAO accompanied the delegation during the visit.
