On November 24, it was learned from the China-ROK (Changchun) International Cooperation Demonstration Zone that numerous enterprises have benefitted from the multiple measures adopted, many have improved in quality and and expanded scale, and it is expected that seven new above-state-designated-scale enterprises will emerge this year.

Accelerating the "upgrading" of enterprises is of great significance in consolidating the industrial economic foundation of this Demonstration Zone. At the beginning of this year, the Demonstration Zone formulated and issued the Three-Year Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Key Industrial Economy and Work for 2021, and established a database for cultivating nine key enterprises earmarked for "upgrading." Relying on the "ten thousand people helping ten thousand enterprises" platform, efforts have been dedicated to continuously optimize and upgrade the service mechanism to improve efficiency in assisting enterprises. "One-to-one, face-to-face" application guidance was provided to six enterprises qualified for upgrading, including Changchun Rail Transit Zhongrun Steel Structure Technology Co., Lanpu Haoye Technology Co., Guoda Biological, Zhifeng Electrical Equipment and Transportation Industry Group. In addition, there is also one industrial enterprise that has been promoted into the above-state-designated-scale category, which is currently advancing works related to its promotion.
