After rounds of competitions, 130 graduates from “double first-class” universities reached the final interviews organized in early November. “The selection ended with a success. It is a practical measure to use new incentives to attract more talents to return home,” said Cui Hongsheng, Deputy Director of the Party and Masses Work Department of the Administrative Committee of Changchun Auto Industry Development Zone. In order to reserve talents to speed up the construction of Changchun International Auto Town, one of the four major plates for the high-quality development of Changchun City, and better serve FAW Group, Changchun Auto Industry Development Zone extended a wide range of invitations to the “high-caliber graduates of the year of 2020” in July. The selection was widely attended by competent graduates and highly praised by the public. 

FAW Group is now in high gear for “six regressions” of production scheduling, production capacity, support, settlement, talent and innovation to create a world-class research and development center at trillion level for automobile and auto parts. Changchun International Auto Town has been endowed with a mission of facilitating FAW to make an annual output value of more than RMB one trillion.
